Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at SS&C Technologies Holdings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery to our clients and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of all facets of service delivery for our clients, ensuring contractual obligations and KPIs are met.
- Leading regular reviews and reporting to ensure internal stakeholders and Directors are aware of any potential areas of concern.
- Overseeing change and implementation, including Statements of Work.
- Collaborating with Client and SS&C teams to drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Performing general account management activities, including managing contracts, paperwork, reporting, and invoicing.
- Establishing and managing service meeting schedules and governance models.
- Driving the client governance framework to ensure optimal engagement and successful relationships.
- Serving as the escalation point for critical issues, enquiries, and issue resolution.
- Account management or client-facing experience in a technology company or fund administrator.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
- Ability to build relationships and manage key contacts within accounts.
- Experience in managing stakeholders on multiple levels.
- Strong people-person skills, with the ability to position complex technology and services solutions.
- 3-5+ years' account management experience.
- Experience working with technology solutions desirable.
- Experience in Wealth Management or Fund Administration desirable.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
