About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team at Seven West Media.

As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will oversee managing a portfolio of agencies and/or direct clients, developing digital ideas, in-market coverage, sales reporting, and client growth within the Seven Digital Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of agencies and/or direct clients to develop digital ideas and solutions.
  • Ensuring in-market coverage, sales reporting, and client growth within the Seven Digital Sales team.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Group Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coaching and mentoring Account Managers and Coordinators across the team.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

You will be an experienced Senior Digital Account Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for sales.

You will have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in media sales, preferably in digital.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Media, or Communications, and experience will be highly recognised.
  • Understanding of best practices for ad sales, delivery, and reporting to clients/agency.
  • Proven ability to sell digital video, mobile, social, display, branded content, and other bespoke executions.
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to accuracy in all communications and presentations.
  • Ability to maintain strong and effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive understanding of industry best practices, entrepreneurial and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledgeable with the industry reporting tools such as Nielsen NetRatings, Google Analytics, comScore, and IAS.
