About the Role:

The Healthcare IT Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives.
  • IDentify opportunities for process improvements and develop plans to implement changes.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on strategy and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving results-oriented projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with healthcare software applications, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and ICD-10.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
