About the Role:The Healthcare IT Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with our business objectives.
This includes identifying opportunities for process improvements, developing and managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results-oriented projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- IDentify opportunities for process improvements and develop plans to implement changes.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on strategy and implementation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving results-oriented projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with healthcare software applications, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and ICD-10.
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
