Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to collaborate with our sales team and drive sales strategy execution.

- Reporting & Forecasting: Develop rigorous reporting and forecasting analyses to track sales pipeline progress and meeting velocity.
- Process Optimization: Build automation and optimize operational processes to ensure seamless integration with systems and tools.
- Rhythm of Business Planning: Lead the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including channel and market business plan development.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop strategies for sales teams and segments in close collaboration with senior leaders.
- Investment Planning: Identify short and long-term resource needs for sales strategy evolution.
- Market Insights: Conduct strategic market analysis to inform go-to-market plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in management consulting, strategy, and operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across multiple business units, especially sales and finance.
