We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Group Strategy team at Iress. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic priorities that guide decisions across our global business.

Reporting to the Strategic Planning & Engagement Manager, you will work on high-priority projects and support the delivery of core strategic planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the delivery of critical strategic initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to execute strategy work
  • Conducting structured market and competitor research and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Driving and coordinating core strategic planning processes
  • Managing and maintaining a repository of Market Intelligence
  • Assisting with preparation and facilitation of key strategic forums
  • Developing clear, compelling strategic documentation and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a strategy-focused role
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to break down complex problems and test hypotheses in a structured environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, professional mindset
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities
  • A humble team player who's eager to learn and contribute
