Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering initiatives that elevate our health proposition.

We're seeking an experienced professional to support the development and execution of our health distribution, growth & conversion strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, optimising operational processes, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives aligned with our health objectives.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of our health distribution, growth & conversion strategy
  • Identifying and driving strategic opportunities
  • Optimising operational processes
  • Ensuring successful delivery of initiatives aligned with our health objectives
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the health portfolio
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business analysis
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data
  • Skilled in crafting clear, concise, and compelling stakeholder presentations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management and delivery
  • Industry experience in financial services, life insurance, and/or health insurance
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong commercial acumen and numeracy, with advanced problem-solving skills
