Job Title: Senior Strategy Leader

This senior strategy leader will play a key role in shaping the future of homelessness and non-market housing strategies across the state.

  • Lead the development and implementation of long-term strategies and action plans that reflect the NSW Government's housing and homelessness priorities.
  • Develop strategic frameworks to prevent and reduce homelessness and improve housing outcomes.
  • Design and implement innovative models for non-market housing and homelessness services.
  • Drive evidence-based advocacy and strategic partnerships to influence state and federal government policy.
  • Oversee governance structures and stakeholder engagement, including peak bodies and service providers.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and manage the NRSCH National Office.
  • Provide strategic advice to Ministers, executives, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of strategy professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
