We're seeking an HR Manager to spearhead our culture, manage talent, and drive business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Create and maintain robust performance management systems, driving employee growth and accountability.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Design and implement training programs for employee development and retention.
  • Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
