Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior People Advisor.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and strategic HR Advisor to support the growth and development of our business unit in Victoria and South Australia.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for partnering with local business leaders to develop retention strategies and succession planning.

You will also provide guidance and advice on HR matters such as employee issues, performance management, and learning and development.

  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Providing expert HR advice and support to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Supporting the Learning and Development function to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline and operational experience in HR at an Advisor or Officer level.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
