Your Role

You will be a trusted adviser and strategic collaborator supporting our team, working closely with General Managers and Leaders across Sales, Marketing and Design.

You will work as part of a high-performing team and drive meaningful impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Championing initiatives that align practices with business goals
  • Supporting leaders through coaching, workforce planning and organisational development
  • Driving process improvements and leading engagement strategies
  • Partnering with teams to embed culture, values and performance outcomes
Your Qualifications

You will bring exceptional communication skills, pragmatic problem-solving abilities and experience as a People Business Partner or similar role.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in HR and leadership development
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices
  • A collaborative mindset, paired with sound judgement and a people-first approach
