As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will partner with leaders to create and implement organisation-wide people and culture strategies that drive business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive engagement, performance and growth
  • Building strong relationships and delivering our People Plan to drive strategic workforce planning and development
  • Leading change management initiatives that drive cultural transformation
  • Driving talent and succession management to ensure a pipeline of future leaders
  • Championing employee engagement and wellbeing programs to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Lifting leadership capability and culture through training and development programs

To succeed in this role, you will welcome variety and have a passion for 'hands on' and strategic work. You will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, a tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline, at least 4 years of generalist HR partnering experience, strong proficiency in HR disciplines and demonstrated IR/ER experience.
