We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to partner with our business leaders in executing our People strategy. This role involves collaborating with the broader People Team to drive key initiatives and providing expert guidance on HR matters.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employment legislation and ER/IR issues. They will be able to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business and possess strong communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner with the business to execute the People strategy
    • Provide expert guidance on HR matters
    • Collaborate with the broader People Team to drive key initiatives
