Technical Support Specialist

Rinnai Australia is a leading manufacturer of gas heating products, and we are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our Technical Help Desk team.
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will provide technical advice and remote support to customers, including plumbers, gas fitters, and installers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely product information, maintenance guides, and diagnostic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for gas heating products and related systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product information and support
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Rinnai products and systems
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
- Trade qualifications in plumbing, gasfitting, and refrigerated air conditioning
- Installation experience with gas ducted heating systems and related equipment
- Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office suite competency
- Confident and courteous telephone techniques
