Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

Talent International is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers via phone and email, resolving issues and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer issues and communicate with internal teams to resolve product issues.
  • Provide technical support for software products, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize workload to meet service standards and objectives.
  • Coach and assist junior team members to improve their skills and workload management.
  • Create and assess Jira tickets for Level 1 specialists and assist in the triage process.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of computer networking principles and technologies.
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms, MDM/EMM, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team player with flexible, hard-working, fast-learning, self-motivated, and results-oriented qualities.
