Key Responsibilities:- Investigate customer issues and communicate with internal teams to resolve product issues.
- Provide technical support for software products, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize workload to meet service standards and objectives.
- Coach and assist junior team members to improve their skills and workload management.
- Create and assess Jira tickets for Level 1 specialists and assist in the triage process.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of computer networking principles and technologies.
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms, MDM/EMM, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team player with flexible, hard-working, fast-learning, self-motivated, and results-oriented qualities.
