Culturally Sensitive Support Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and culturally sensitive professional to facilitate social support groups for individuals with disabilities from diverse backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to empower participants through capacity building activities and promote social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate ongoing group activities to promote social inclusion and provide support, information, and linkages to eligible participants.
- Attend regular training and reviews of group activities with the coordinator.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of group programs.
- Complete monthly reports on group activities as directed by the coordinator.
- Deliver capacity building workshops tailored to the needs, abilities, and interests of group members.
- Work closely with community organizations to develop and implement activity-based programs.
- Maintain accurate records of group attendance, budgets, and other documentation as required.
- Facilitate information sessions and skill-building workshops for group members.
- Promote the group and recruit new members.
- Achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely achievement of targets.
