Join Kuehne+Nagel as an HR Advisor and help shape our people strategy with impactful HR responsibilities.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven individual for an initial 12-month contract providing maternity leave coverage. As an HR Generalist, you will partner with line managers to support HR functions across multiple locations and deliver various HR initiatives. This role will focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, policy alignment, and HR administration.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Drive Talent Acquisition efforts across Australia, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate journey.
  • Employee Life Cycle: Actively support all stages of the employee life cycle, fostering a positive and productive experience.
  • HR Administration: Execute HR administration with precision, maintaining accurate records for Payroll and personnel files, and assist with tasks assigned by the HRBP and HR Director.
  • Performance Management: Effectively manage employee performance and behaviour in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Policies and Processes: Ensure company policies align with relevant legislation, with ongoing refinement of key HR processes.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to significant HR projects, playing a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy.

You will have:

  • Previous HR generalist experience
  • Proven Talent Acquisition experience
