Job Description:This newly created HR Business Partner position is a greenfield opportunity to play a pivotal role in partnering with stakeholders across the group to deliver operational support and implement HR solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, able to hold their own with big personalities. You have very strong recent working knowledge of the Australian HR industrial framework and legislation, including WHS.
You will be responsible for cultivating trusted relationships with line managers and senior stakeholders across the business and client groups. Additionally, you will support key areas such as onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and change management.
You will also identify training needs and lead the establishment of employee development and leadership programs.
Your salary will be approximately $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A relevant degree
- Financial Services HR practitioner with a number of years of relevant industry experience
- Insurance sector knowledge is desirable but not essential
