Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our Sydney team. Based in an unparalleled location, you will work closely with leaders across technology, trading and operations to drive HR strategy in our Australian business.

This is a rare opportunity for a HR professional looking to take the next step in their career by owning client relationships and having a genuine voice in HR strategy. With a focus on high performance and results-driven approach, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to develop and execute HR programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence and advise leaders on operational HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, employee development, immigration, policy and process development and interpretation, and WHS matters.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to help them achieve high performance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build trust and strong relationships with business partners.
  • Pragmatic and results-driven approach.
  • High levels of self-awareness and organisational awareness.
