With a focus on high performance and results-driven approach, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to develop and execute HR programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence and advise leaders on operational HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, employee development, immigration, policy and process development and interpretation, and WHS matters.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to help them achieve high performance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build trust and strong relationships with business partners.
  • Pragmatic and results-driven approach.
  • High levels of self-awareness and organisational awareness.
