Pathfinder Recruitment is a reputable recruitment agency in Sydney, specializing in the Software Sales Market. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We require a senior sales professional with at least 5 years' experience in the IT/Software Industry to build new and maintain existing partner relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering and presenting solutions to customers, partners, and clients, working both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to actively seek out and generate new business opportunities, and work closely with management and sales teams to develop competitive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in IT/Software Industry
  • Experience in organising and performing conduct sales training and seminars with clients and partners
  • Be able to actively seek out and generate new business opportunities
  • Work closely with direct management and sales team to develop competitive sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience in utilising CRM Software's to update and validate partner and customer information
  • Attend and present at workshops and other customer-facing events
  • Confidently drive the onboarding of partners from a Sales Perspective

Requirements

  • Obtain a qualification in IT / Finance / Business
  • Full working rights in Australia

Estimated Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
