Senior Portfolio Manager Vacancy

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with clients to lease properties, achieving high occupancy rates and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate tenancy fit-outs, guaranteeing consistency and adherence to building objectives.
  • Compile strategic plans and marketing strategies for each asset, driving business growth.
  • Provide timely and professional advice on property management matters to clients and tenants.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in property management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management.
  • Supervisory experience, with ability to lead and motivate a team.
