Job Title: Senior Property Portfolio Manager

The Senior Property Portfolio Manager will oversee the daily management of a portfolio of 3 sites, providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing, marketing, centre management and facilities management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the presentation, compliance and overall upkeep of the portfolio
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with clients and tenants of the assets
  • Assisting clients with leasing of the portfolio, ensuring a zero-vacancy level is maintained
  • Preparing all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation
  • Proactively managing income and expenditure, as well as financial reporting requirements for clients
  • Supervising tenancy fit-outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives
  • Compiling and implementing asset strategic plans and marketing strategies
  • Communicating frequently with clients and all tenants, providing timely, relevant and professional advice in all aspects of property management
  • Team management including concierge service at one site
Requirements

This role requires:

  • 8+ years' experience in retail property management or centre management, including thorough understanding of retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology
  • NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and desire to work in highly team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail
