Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

Our organisation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join its Real Estate Management Services team.

This exciting opportunity exists for an individual with 8+ years of experience in retail property management or centre management, including a thorough understanding of retail leasing practices, legislation and terminology.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, excellent organisational and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build key relationships and work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maximise the performance of a portfolio on behalf of our clients.
  2. Oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio.
  3. Build and maintain close relationships with clients and tenants.
  4. Assist clients with leasing and achieve zero-vacancy level.
  5. Prepare contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations and documentation.
  6. Manage income and expenditure, financial reporting requirements.
  7. Supervise tenancy fit outs for consistency and compliance.
  8. Compile and implement strategic plans and marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio, ensuring that all aspects are managed effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:
  1. N.S.W. Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
  2. Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities.
  3. Strong Excel skills and previous use of MRI management system.
  4. Organisational and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build key relationships and work in a team-oriented environment.
