Senior Brand Manager
to join our Marketing team, managing the Doritos portfolio.

As Senior Brand Manager for Doritos, you'll take the lead on shaping the future of one of Australia's most iconic snack brands.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll drive end-to-end brand strategy, communications, and innovation - bringing bold ideas to life across the full marketing mix. You'll also lead and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, while playing a key strategic role across the broader Doritos team.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the Brand: Use insights to drive marketing plans and brand growth
  • Lead Innovation: Deliver new products and packaging with cross-functional teams
  • Create Campaigns: Develop and execute impactful, tested marketing campaigns
  • Manage Partners: Oversee agency relationships for top-quality execution
  • Develop Talent: Coach and support an Assistant Brand Manager

Qualifications

  • FMCG Experience: Proven Senior Brand Manager experience in FMCG or related industry (6+ years in Marketing)
  • Leadership: Strong people management or coaching/mentoring background
  • Project Delivery: Skilled in NPD, project management, and Stage Gate processes
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Agile & Creative: Adaptable, creative thinker with digital and matrix structure experience
