Senior Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing and maximising the performance of a portfolio of properties on behalf of our client.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio, as well as building and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets.

This key role will also involve assisting the client with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level, and preparing all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets.
  • Assist the client with the leasing of the portfolio.
  • Prepare all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years' experience in retail property management or centre management, including a thorough understanding of retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology.
  • A NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
  • A strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and foster key relationships.
