Role Overview
As a Strategic Partnerships Director, you will drive sales acceleration by executing and refining our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for partnerships. Leverage existing documentation, processes, and insights to optimize partner engagement and maximize sales impact. Identify and implement GTM initiatives to increase lead flow and revenue contribution from channel, referral, and reseller partners. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partners, ensuring strong alignment with sales and business objectives. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution and business impact.

Your Expertise
You bring 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, sales, and/or partnerships. Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships and sales. Strong understanding of GTM strategies and execution in a SaaS environment. Experience working in a global capacity, navigating different market conditions. Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Strong ability to work across multiple teams, lead cross-functional engagements, and persuade and influence. Additionally, your experience in HCM or WFM SaaS software is a plus.
