About the Role

This is a Regional Marketing Manager, SMB Marketing role with TikTok, a leading company in the AU market. The team is growing rapidly, and this is the chance to join as the business takes off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing leadership to achieve quality lead generation and drive new cash-activated accounts through scalable marketing initiatives.
  • Design and oversee the execution of bespoke marketing campaign solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive demand for TikTok for Business advertising solutions.
  • Develop compelling program narratives and sales materials to equip sales teams for seasonal and always-on campaigns.
  • Leverage insights to inform content needs and own communication of content strategies and timelines to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across owned digital platforms.

About the Team

TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or be discovered. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced marketer to join our SMB Marketing team as the Australia & New Zealand Regional Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategy or marketing role.
  • Written and oral fluency in English with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts.
  • Understanding and strong interest in the Small & Medium Businesses industry.
  • Experience within B2B marketing, top-tier creative or media agency, brand marketing, or strategy role within a technology company.
  • Strong business understanding of Australia, New Zealand, and APAC markets.
  • Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
