Strata Administration Assistant Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available to work with a leading Strata company in the North Shore area.

This role is perfect for individuals who want to step into the Strata industry, with no experience required. The company is known for its low staff turnover and family-like culture.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • General Administrative duties
  • Liaising with clients by telephone and solving enquiries on a first instant basis
  • Client Projects as directed from Strata Managers
  • Supporting a Strata Manager
  • Typing Minutes / Agendas
  • Issuing Keys to Contractors, Owners & Tenants
  • Assisting Clients with their Enquiries
  • Strata Administration
  • Understanding of Strata
The Candidate

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Possess Excellent Communication Skills
  • Have Strong Attention to Detail with the Ability to Multi Task
  • Have a High Level of Computer Skills
  • Have Energy, integrity & drive to succeed
  • Have Strong administration experience
