About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our Strata team as a Strata Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Strata Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our Strata business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Strata Managers, including general administrative duties and client liaison.
  • Assist with client projects as directed by our Strata Managers, including typing minutes/agendas and issuing keys to contractors, owners, and tenants.
  • Support one Strata Manager and contribute to the overall success of our Strata team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a high level of computer skills.
  • Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed, with a strong administration background.
