Key Responsibilities:
  • Strata Portfolio Oversight: Ensure timely and efficient management of a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Financial Management: Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears.
  • Meetings and Dispute Resolution: Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings, and address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strata Management License: Hold a Class 2 Strata Management license or higher.
  • Strata Experience: Demonstrate experience in strata management.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Display exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in strata management software and Microsoft Office suite.
