About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Strata Assistant to join our successful team at Gough Recruitment AU. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and be willing to learn and develop their skills in the strata management industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Strata Manager, including preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, arranging quotations and repairs, and liaising with owners corporations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Senior Strata Manager
  • Liaising with owners corporations and contractors
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Arranging quotations and repairs
  • Issuing keys to contractors, owners and tenants
Requirements
  • Real Estate or Strata experience preferred, but not essential
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
