Strata Assistant Role

Are you a highly organized and driven individual looking for a challenging opportunity in strata management?

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a Strata Assistant to join their successful team in the CBD. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, with a strong focus on communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a Senior Strata Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Liaise with Owners Corporations, Owners and Tenants
  • Arrange quotations and repairs for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Risk & Insurance management
  • Issuing Keys to contractors, owners & tenants

Requirements:

  • Administration experience, ideally in Real Estate or Strata
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills
  • Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
