About the Role

This Strata Manager position involves overseeing a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair activities, handling financial management tasks, and preparing for and attending meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Legislation: Ensure all strata properties within your portfolio comply with relevant legislation.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Financial Management: Handle budgeting, levies, and arrears.
  • Meetings and Administration: Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Class 2 Strata Management License: Hold a Class 2 Strata Management license or higher.
  • Strata Experience: Demonstrated experience in strata management.
  • Legislation Knowledge: Strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in strata management software and Microsoft Office suite.
