Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Strata Manager
  • Liaise with clients to resolve their enquiries efficiently
  • Support the preparation of minutes, agendas, and other documents
  • Issue keys to contractors, owners, and tenants

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • High level of computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in administration or a related field is desirable

Salary:$60,000 - $70,000 per annum (estimated), depending on experience.
