Strata Operations Coordinator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organized Strata Assistant to join a leading Strata company on the North Shore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Strata Managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our strata services.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also have high-level computer skills and a strong understanding of strata administration.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing administrative support to Strata Managers
- Liaising with clients by telephone and resolving enquiries efficiently
- Assisting with client projects as directed by Strata Managers
- Supporting the preparation of minutes and agendas
- Issuing keys to contractors, owners, and tenants
- Assisting clients with their enquiries
- Performing general administrative duties

- High-level computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of strata administration principles
