About the Role:
The Strata Assistant position at Gough Recruitment AU presents an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to join a leading Strata company on the North Shore. Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients by telephone to address their concerns and provide solutions
- Supporting Strata Managers in client projects and day-to-day operations
- Issuing keys to contractors, owners, and tenants
- Assisting clients with their inquiries and providing administrative support
- Understanding and working with Strata legislation and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High level of computer skills and proficiency in administrative software
- Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced administrative environment
- Strong administration experience, preferably in a Strata or real estate administration role
