Position Overview:

The role of the Sales Settlements Officer is pivotal in managing and overseeing the administrative tasks associated with sales exchanges and settlements. You will serve as the key communication link among various stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify receipt of all necessary documentation and prepare files for settlement.
  2. Collect and input banking details and Tax File Numbers for all vendors and purchasers.
  3. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  4. Assist in processing property settlements and payments as needed.
  5. Conduct post-settlement reconciliations.
  6. Perform various administrative tasks as required.
  7. Execute data entry tasks accurately.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Prior experience in accounts or the exchange/settlements process is advantageous but not mandatory.
  2. Ideal for candidates with limited experience in Property Management or Sales seeking an administrative role in Real Estate.
  3. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable concepts is highly regarded.
  5. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities are required.
  7. Attention to detail is crucial.
