The Sales Settlements Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the administrative tasks associated with sales exchanges and settlements. This position serves as a vital communication link among various stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify receipt of all necessary documentation and prepare files for settlement.
  2. Collect and input banking details and Tax File Numbers for all vendors and purchasers.
  3. Collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  4. Assist in processing property settlements and payments as needed.
  5. Conduct post-settlement reconciliations.
  6. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks.
  7. Engage in data entry activities.
Candidate Profile:
