Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Payment Settlement Specialist at IIQAF. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment processing and settlement, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Processing and Settlement: Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper authorization and verification.
  • Reconciliation and Dispute Resolution: Reconcile payments received with invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring payment terms are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payment processing and settlement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and track payment transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
  • Support and Improvement: Provide support to the finance team during audits and assist in the implementation of process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in payment processing or settlement is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
