Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all documents have been received and prepare files for settlement
  • Verify that banking details and TFNs are received and entered for all vendors and purchasers
  • Work collaboratively with a team environment to process property settlements and payments
  • Post-settlement reconciliation and ad-hoc administration duties
  • Data entry and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts or the exchange/settlements process is preferred but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technology skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
