Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink Support. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and aged care consumers to achieve their goals and participate in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop strategies to address limitations caused by injury, illness, or developmental delay
  • Provide input to care plans to mitigate identified limitations
  • Identify and recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications to support individuals
  • Conduct Supported Independent Living assessments and provide reports on progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA Registration and experience in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience working with NDIS participants and aged care consumers
  • Ability to assess and document limitations and develop strategies to address them
  • Knowledge of assistive technology and environmental modifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
