About the Role

Cultura is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Geelong region. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence, and supporting their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients, including general housekeeping, personal hygiene activities, and tasks.
  • Support clients with complex and/or challenging needs, including those with disabilities or aged care requirements.
  • Liaise with Wellbeing Coordinators and report any observations or concerns regarding the client's health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training when required.
  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent to provide personal care and medication prompting administration.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Current Australian driver's licence.
About You
