Customer Service Specialist

About the RoleThe key focus of this Customer Service Representative position will be to:
- Provide high-level customer service support and administration support to internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Utilize our various applications to set up customers into our system and liaise with them regarding their order specifications.
- Manage cases within our CRM system to achieve recommended close-out times and effective resolution for customers.
- Communicate promptly with suppliers and customers about order status when required.
- Ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Develop strong ongoing relationships with customers.
- An experience working in a manufacturing, warehousing, or FMCG environment would be highly regarded.

Requirements- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment is necessary.
- Experience using CRM systems is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP databases and Microsoft Dynamics would be highly valued.
- A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality is required.
- Strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (includes phone and email communication) are essential.
- The ability to prioritize important activities and problem-solve is necessary.
- The capacity to remain calm under pressure is vital.
- Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues is essential.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
