As a Customer Service Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships effectively, providing daily order updates, and overseeing the onboarding of new products. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Provide daily order updates to allocated key accounts, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information
  • Oversee the onboarding of new products, ensuring a smooth transition for customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What You Will Bring:
  • A minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish meaningful relationships with internal and external customers
  • A high level of accuracy, coupled with a strong team attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A motivated, driven, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
