**Design and Learning Specialist**

The role of the Design and Learning Specialist is an exciting opportunity to shape, educate and equip our people to deliver a customer service ethos that will actively support our community, customers and vision.

This position is critical in supporting the implementation of our Learning & Development strategy across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

The duties of the Design and Learning Specialist are:

  • Design learning approaches and programs for various people-centric projects across the employee lifecycle, including setting learning objectives and selecting a fit-for-purpose learning approach.
  • Develop learning materials, including content writing and design (e-learning, instructor-led training, and user guides).
  • Execute learning approaches by coordinating and collaborating with other project team members, including the delivery and facilitation of learning sessions as required.
  • Assess and evaluate the learning program through feedback and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and insights to improve learning outcomes.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and facilitating learning and development.
  • Excellent written and communication skills that can inspire action.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles to build a blended learning environment.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage various priorities on people-centric projects.
  • Previous experience using eLearning development tools, graphic design, and video editing tooling.
  • Sound experience in ERP systems and employee lifecycle initiatives.

This temporary part-time position is a Level 9 Inside Workforce Agreement position, attracting a salary between $123,589 to $130,096 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
