Are you a skilled professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of learning and development?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Learning and Training Specialist.

This is a permanent or fixed term full-time appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a culture that puts customers at the heart of everything we do and demonstrating a constant approach to our organization's values and behaviours.
  • Contributing effectively to business improvement and change management activities.
  • Undertaking all duties in accordance with relevant legislation, including work health and safety and equal employment requirements.
  • Proactively contributing to maintaining our Work Health and Safety Management Framework.
  • Taking personal accountability of your own performance and participating in all performance development activities.
  • Collaboratively engaging with team members, encouraging discussion while harnessing different viewpoints to create positive outcomes for key stakeholders.
