The Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering training programs to ensure new team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of the team
- Prepare and implement coaching strategies for site leaders, focusing on effective training practices
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and adherence to established protocols
- Coordinate all site induction programs, ensuring seamless integration of new team members
- Continuously monitor and update training materials to reflect changing operational requirements
- Drive a positive culture among team members, promoting a safe and inclusive work environment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is mandatory
- Coaching and leadership experience is essential for success in this role
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing training needs and developing annual training plans
- Ability to create, implement, and review training programs for warehouse, transport, and administration teams
- Highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant software
