About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and organisational development initiatives that support the growth and success of our firm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees;
  • Facilitating learning events and workshops for various groups within the firm;
  • Project managing national L&OD projects and broader P&D initiatives, adopting effective change management methodologies;
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of leadership development programs;
  • Managing L&OD systems, policies, and processes, including planning, budgeting, recording, and reporting;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external providers to ensure their products and services align with our needs;
  • Building and sustaining productive relationships with business leaders and stakeholders;
  • Identifying and collaborating with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) for L&OD activities;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, organisational behaviour/psychology, adult education, and/or human resources;
  • 4+ years' experience as a learning and development professional;
  • Strong facilitation skills for both large and small groups, particularly in topics like communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, management, and presentation skills;
  • Able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Awareness of key related HR issues, such as recruitment, performance management, change management, and employee relations;
  • Exposure to graduate recruitment would be highly regarded;
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, maturity, and a client-focused work ethic;
  • Flexibility to work hours necessary to meet business objectives and internal client needs;
