Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating learning and development activities for the team.

  • Scheduling and maintaining the team calendar for training, workshops, programs, and courses
  • Preparing weekly and monthly training courses and reports
  • Tracking course completion and identifying areas of concern for employees
  • Developing, maintaining, and coordinating content management of learning and development training
  • Reviewing and improving current learning and development processes

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a learning and development role, with expertise in project/program development, end-to-end inductions, and deadline-driven environments. They must possess strong administration skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, and have excellent time management skills.

The Learning and Development Specialist will also be responsible for reviewing current processes, identifying best practices, and proposing solutions and new processes to improve business efficiency.
