Estimating System Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees the implementation and utilization of the Benchmark Estimating system across the organization's estimating resources. The role requires a high degree of technical expertise, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce standardized procedures for estimating functions using the Benchmark Estimating system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate pricing data and provide support to local estimating teams on large or complex projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance estimating capabilities and integrate operational feedback for continuous improvement.
About You:
  • At least 10 years of experience in estimating within the road, civil, or construction industry.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs to individuals and groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
