Senior Plaster Estimator Position

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to fill the position of senior estimator in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in estimating and a proven track record of securing successful tender submissions.
Main Responsibilities:- Precise and timely delivery of detailed estimate costs for tenders and pre-contract documentation
- Demonstrated mathematical expertise and proficiency in quantity surveying and estimating software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate estimates
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to maintain client delivery programs
- Proven experience as an estimator with a strong background in plaster estimation
- Familiarity with construction industry contracts and agreements
- Proficiency in estimating software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering precise estimates and have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues alike.
